How to make a Jameson Cold brew Dalgona, A Caffeinated Carnivorous Treat.

I love coffee … hot coffee, cold coffee, coffee candy, and coffee ice cream. In the world right now, Dalgona coffee is a thing. And Jameson Cold Brew is so great that Sunday brunch will never be the same.

Dalgona has been the new and upcoming drink sensation, and it’s so easy to make. You do need a little perseverance to whip it into shape, but it’s well worth the effort.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp. real sugar
  • 2 tbsp. hot water
  • Glass full of ice
  • ½ cup of milk/cream/
    almond milk (your choice)
  • 1½ ounce of Jameson Cold Brew
  • Splash of club soda

Methods

Whisk it until it peaks! Just use a wire whisk and get going; it really doesn’t take that long … and your efforts will pay off in the end. Scoop into a cup of warm milk or an ice-filled glass of half-and-half, almond milk, cream, or whatever your heart desires.

Add a shot of Jameson Cold Brew — it’s a coffee drink and this really makes it great.

Even though it looks really cool with the layers of Jameson and cream with a fluffy Dalgona topping, it only tastes great when it’s all stirred together. So stir it up and, if you’re so inclined, add a splash of club soda to give it a bit of bubble. Enjoy!

You’re welcome.
