Combine Sausage And Egg To Make This Delicious Breakfast Casserole!
Ingredients (Serves 4-6)
- 2 cups cubed soft bread
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 12 oz. milk
- 6 eggs beaten
- ½ tsp. dry mustard
- ¼ tsp. onion powder
- Black pepper to taste
- 12 oz. cooked breakfast sausage crumbles
Directions
- Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Place the bread in the dish and spread the cheese evenly over the bread.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, dry mustard, onion powder, and pepper.
- Pour slowly and evenly over the bread and cheese. Sprinkle the sausage over the top.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and bake on middle rack for 50 to 60 minutes.
